This is a 5th grade legacy mural we did in December at Powell elementary school. The students had been studying about South American rainforests in science class so this mural was designed to fit in to their curriculum and reinforce what they were learning. Each student got a chance to help paint the background and paint a rainforest creature- which we cut and glued in. They did a really great job and we had a lot of fun with this!
